Born in West Texas, schooled in Southern Illinois and seasoned in Cali, Ian Leith is on “a quest of endless possibilities with these here fingers.” Kicking around the Chicago music scene since 2009, Ian has played guitar with the groups Holiday House and Pipes, and performs regularly as a solo act at venues such as Elbo Room and Reggie’s Music Joint in addition to playing bass for Comfortably Floyd, a Pink Floyd tribute act. He hosts the Sunday Night Open Mic at Molly Malone’s in Forest Park as well as every 4th Tuesday at Friendly Tap in Berwyn.
